Senior SCM Manager

Our client is a well-known semiconductor multinational manufacturing company from Germany. Currently looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Supply Chain team including procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business objectives, customer
  requirements, and operational excellence across procurement, planning, warehousing,
  and logistics.
• Lead sourcing and supplier management activities for electronic components and critical
  materials, ensuring supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and effective mitigation of
  market shortages and supply risks.
• Oversee demand planning, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure
  accurate forecasts, optimal inventory levels, and efficient utilization of manufacturing
  capacity.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling processes to
  ensure accuracy, traceability, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and inventory optimization.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics activities, including freight management, customs
  compliance, and customer deliveries, while optimizing transportation cost, lead time, and
  service performance.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, supplier performance metrics, and operational
  dashboards to drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and service excellence.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration,
  and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support
  business growth, operational stability, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and build capability among Buyers, Planners, Warehouse Supervisors, and
  Logistics teams.
