QA Manager

Our client is a Taiwanese-based manufacturer in the PCB industry. They have recently expanded their operations to Penang and they are looking for a Manager to lead a team of Quality Engineers

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily operations of the Quality Assurance Department
• Review, approve, and manage the development and revision of quality system
  documentation
• Plan and supervise the execution of the department’s annual objectives, including budget
  planning, management, and cost control
• Monitor, analyze, and summarize quality performance at customer sites and follow up on
  improvement actions
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with external parties, including customers,
  auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Review and confirm the execution and results of internal quality system audits.
• Effectively plan, manage, and achieve individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Plan, manage, and achieve departmental KPIs, and supervise team members to ensure
  achievement of their individual KPIs
• Lead, coach, and motivate employees within his/her area of responsibility, especially
  performance appraisal and goal setting agreement, successor and representative
  planning, personnel development and training measures
