Our client is a US-based FinTech multinational and they are looking for an International Program Manager to support regional complex software programs for international clients mainly in ASEAN countries.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage complex programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects, requiring
coordination across various functions and business units - Act as a primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
and external stakeholders - Support pre-sales engagements and workshops to help define project scope and develop
cost estimates, contributing to overall feasibility and value delivery - Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines; ensure program-level
priorities align with broader organizational objectives - Establish effective project structures and governance, including roles, responsibilities,
and oversight mechanisms - Oversee project execution to ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and
quality standards; proactively manage risks and issues - Monitor financial performance, including forecasting and reporting on project status and
profitability to leadership - Coordinate and optimize resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives
A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- PMP certification or equivalent
- 12+ years of working experience in IT Project and Program Management
- Proficient in SLDC under Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid environment
- Banking, financial services or payment industry experience in highly preferred
- Experience in ISO8583 is highly preferred
- Able to work onsite at client’s locations including overseas business travel to APMEA countries (mostly in ASEAN countries)
- Experience in an environment with geographically distributed teams, including
offshore; experience managing virtual teams is a plus
