Our client is a well-known multinational manufacturing company from Germany. Currently looking for a HR Business Partner to lead L&D, C&B and Talent Acquisition efforts in Perai with occasional travel to Kuala Lumpur site.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with overall organizational
objectives. - Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and managers on workforce planning,
organizational structure, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee
development initiatives - Establish, review, and update human resources policies and procedures to ensure
compliance and relevance - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from workforce planning through onboarding.
- Build a talent database for company and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to
support current and future hiring needs - Partner with leadership to develop workforce budgets, forecasts, and long-term staffing
plans. - Develop and implement structured onboarding and orientation programs to ensure
effective integration of new team members. - Lead employer branding initiatives and cultivate partnerships with educational institutions
to support graduate and internship programs. - Provide workforce analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making related
to people and organizational performance. - Design, coordinate, and facilitate internal learning and development initiatives.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and implement targeted
development programs. - Develop and implement coaching and mentoring frameworks across various employee
levels. - Oversee training administration processes, including record management, system
updates, vendor coordination, and related claims or reimbursements. - Develop and manage compensation and benefits frameworks, including salary
benchmarking, job evaluation, and position classification. - Lead job grading and compensation analysis to ensure equitable and competitive pay
structures. - Drive clear and effective communication of total rewards programs, continuously
gathering feedback and enhancing policies and processes. - Oversee daily operations related to compensation, benefits administration, and
performance management systems to ensure efficiency and compliance - Able to travel regularly to Kuala Lumpur site to assist in HR matters
A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 8+ years of working experience in HR capacity, ideally in manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in project management, systems & design thinking in organizational
development, and developing leaders and talents - Consulting and change management experiences would be advantageous
- Proficient in Labor Laws, Industrial Relations Act, Employment Act, and HR practices and
legislations - Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is a huge plus
