Our client is a large consulting and audit firm in Kuala Lumpur with more than 1,000 workforce across Asia. They are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to focus on Recruitment and IR/ER matters.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide day-to-day HR leadership and management that supports the business plan and
aligns with the organization’s overall strategic direction. - Drive daily HR operations to achieve both operational and HR-related targets in line with
the approved annual budget. - Collaborate with executive leadership on workforce budgeting, forecasting, and strategic
manpower planning. - Lead the company-wide induction and orientation programs to ensure employees clearly
understand the organization’s mission and vision. - Serve as the HR representative and spokesperson for public relations and corporate
communications. - Manage all IR/ER matters, maintain up-to-date HR policies, and deliver quarterly talent
matrices and leadership assessments. - Prepare timely HR reports and process required payments related to operational costs for
government ministries and regulatory authorities. - Prioritize employee growth and retention while supporting strategic HR training and
development initiatives. - Monitor HR KPIs and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
in workforce management - Provide strategic guidance to managers on performance management, employee
relations, and workforce planning issues
A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s Degree of any discipline, ideally in Human Resource, Business Management
or equivalent - 7+ years of working experience in human resource
- Proficient in Labor Laws, Industrial Relations Act, Employment Act, and HR practices and
legislations - Proficient in IR/ER and Recruitment
- Strong background as an HR Generalist
