Engineer, Process Integration

Our client is a well-known semiconductor multinational manufacturing company from Germany. Currently looking for a Principal or Senior Engineer for their Process Integration department. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for developing optimal process flows for new products and collaboratively
  driving process yield improvements
• To drive systematic, data-driven improvements in processes, yield, and quality.
• Define and establish interactions between different processes and OQC (Outgoing
  Quality Control) during product development and NPI (New Product Introduction) phases.
• To lead the development and refinement of new process flows for optical component
  products.
• Collaborate with process engineers to create and implement Process Control Plans and
  IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) testing strategies.
• Conduct experimental designs (DoE) and utilize statistical analysis tools to enhance
  assembly yields.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Engineering, Process
  Development, Modeling, Yield Enhancement, Failure Analysis, and Quality, to address
  and resolve technical challenges.
• Break down complex issues, propose actionable solutions, and align teams to drive
  resolutions.
• Define project sub-milestones and ensure alignment with broader program timelines.
• Work closely with Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transitions of new products and
  technologies from R&D to production phases.
