Our client is an American-based MNC headquartered in Silicon Valley. They have more than 13,000 employees worldwide. Currently looking for a strong HR Generalist to become an Assistant HR Manager in this company.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee the full range of HR functions, including Recruitment, Training & Development,
    Payroll Processing, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee and
    Industrial Relations, Foreign Worker Management, Administrative tasks, and more
  • Propose, review, and enhance HR policies and procedures to align with organizational
    needs
  • Lead the performance management process, identify top talent, and develop succession
    planning and employee retention strategies
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local laws, regulations, and governance standards
  • Assess and improve onboarding and orientation training programs for new hires
  • Partner with management and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, boost
    morale, promote a healthy work culture, and drive productivity and retention
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement employee welfare programs and activities
  • Handle complex employee relations matters and manage grievance resolution effectively
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements such as RBA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and
    others
  • Manage daily administrative operations, including vendor management (e.g., cleaning
    services, pest control), licensing and contract administration, fixed asset management,
    and procurement of office essentials such as stationery and uniforms

 

A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s Degree of any discipline, ideally in Human Resource, Business Management
    or equivalent
  • 7+ years of working experience in human resource, ideally in manufacturing industries
  • Proficient in Labor Laws, Industrial Relations Act, Employment Act, and HR practices and
    legislations
  • Proficient in payroll functions with Flex HRMS systems is an added advantage
  • Strong background as an HR Generalist
