Our client is an American-based MNC headquartered in Silicon Valley. They have more than 13,000 employees worldwide. Currently looking for an Account Manager for their Perai facility.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for overseeing the relationship between the company and its clients,
ensuring that customer needs are met and business operations are optimized for growth - Act as the primary contact for clients, managing all customer requirements and ensuring
that business activities are aligned for continuous growth - Maintain proactive relationships with customers or relevant parties to stay informed and
enhance business networking - Manage current business projects while identifying and pursuing new potential business
opportunities - Identify and explore new potential business projects to expand the company’s portfolio
- Work closely with internal team to ensure customer feedback is integrated into service
delivery and product development
A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE
- Proven experience in account management or sales related roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Engineering Degree is preferable
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferable because interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers
is required
