Maintenance Engineer

Our client is a well-known semiconductor multinational manufacturing company from Germany. Currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to lead equipment start-up/transfer, qualification, and ramp up projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the standardization, installation, commissioning, and qualification of new
  manufacturing equipment, including the development and delivery of work instructions and
  user training.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and equipment solutions to enhance
  manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed effectively to
  maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and reduce production disruptions.
• Drive equipment and system capability improvements through hardware, software, and
  automation enhancements in collaboration with the IT/OT team.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, and Maintenance teams to execute
  equipment-related activities, including Time-Based Maintenance (TBM), Condition-Based
  Maintenance (CBM), and continuous improvement initiatives, without impacting production
  schedules.
• Provide technical support for daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting equipment
  issues and supporting yield improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment work orders, maintenance records, and asset
  information within the SAP PM module.
• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability,
  performance, and lifecycle while ensuring cost-effective maintenance practices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing equipment productivity,
  enhancing operational efficiency, and reducing maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards in all equipment
  maintenance and improvement activities.
