Senior Engineering Manager

Our client is one of the largest high tech electronics manufacturers in the world. They are a Global Fortune 500 company. Currently looking for Senior Manager to oversee the Engineering department in their Selangor facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage the Engineering team, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Define and drive yield targets, process improvement strategies, and operational
  excellence initiatives.
• Allocate and manage internal resources effectively to support business and customer
  priorities.
• Drive accountability, performance, and a continuous improvement culture within the team.
• Oversee deep-dive failure analysis across multiple failure modes.
• Ensure accurate root cause identification and implementation of robust corrective and
  preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure no adverse side effects on overall
  processes.
• Establish systems to track FA trends and continuously improve yield performance
• Lead yield improvement programs and ensure achievement of defined targets.
• Drive process control, optimization, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Apply engineering methodologies (e.g., Cpk, GRR) to enhance process capability and
  stability.
• Optimize equipment efficiency to meet output capacity and minimize downtime risks.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of new technologies and automation solutions into
  production lines.
• Manage internal and customer-driven experiments with structured execution and clear,
  data-driven outcomes.
